Ms. Barbara Belmont, President and Laboratory Director
of American Research and Testing Inc., is responsible for performance and
direction of laboratory work, methods development and validation, personnel
training, report preparation, quality assurance, calibration records, instrument
maintenance, laboratory supplies, and laboratory safety. Ms. Belmont also
interfaces with Clients regarding project quotations, project status, problems
